Galleria Cinemas are operated by Tal-Lira Limited which is established under the laws of Malta with registered address at Galleria Shopping Complex, Zabbar Road, Fgura, Malta (“We”/”Us”/”Our”)

ONLINE PURCHASES OF CINEMA TICKETS

Sale of Tickets/Seating

The sale of cinema tickets is subject to availability. You can only purchase up to 10 tickets at any one time on our online booking service. Galleria Cinemas and Galleria Cinemas retain the discretionary to refuse your order. Once the purchase is approved, a confirmation page will be displayed on your screen at the end of the ordering process, and at this point there will be a contract between you and Galleria Cinemas. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail of your completed order. It is recommend that you save or print out a copy of the confirmation page and/or confirmation e-mail for your records. Seating will be unreserved unless otherwise specified during the booking process.

Age of Admission
The minimum age of admission is 2 years, even for films to which no age restrictions apply.

Ticket Prices
Tickets are sold at the price displayed during the ordering process. All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made by any method specified in the order process. Tal-Lira Limited will deduct your payment from your card at the time it processes your Credit/Debit card transaction. For the avoidance of any doubt, where a transaction is not completed for whatever reason, Tal-Lira Limited. will not have levied the purchase amount, as your Credit/Debit card transaction will not have been completed.

Confirmation of Booking
On completion of your booking you will see a confirmation page displayed in your browser. You will also receive an email confirmation. It is recommend that you save or print out a copy of the confirmation page and/or confirmation e-mail for your records.

Security
This website uses the latest industry standard encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. All ordering information – including your name and credit card details – is encrypted using SSL (“Secure Sockets Layer”) to maximise security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ticket system. To ensure that your information is even more secure, visitors’ credit card information is stored on a server which is not accessible from the Internet as soon as it is received.

Credit card transactions are handled by a third party financial institution which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and to process transactions.

Presentation of tickets
To gain access to the cinemas, you are to present the purchased tickets via your mobile device or as a printed copy. Ticket content must be well legible when presented at the door. Galleria Cinemas and Tal-Lira Limited retain the right to refuse any admissions if tickets are not presented in a complete and clear form. Management also reserves the right to reallocate seating.

Refunds
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. All purchases of tickets are subject to our General Terms and Conditions. Please read these prior to purchasing a ticket.
